House of Service is a family-owned business repairing new and used appliances. We’re an authorized factory service centre for repairs and parts supply, serving the Alberni Valley and Tofino/Ucluelet, as well as Bamfield since 1971.

We do in-shop and in-home repairs on all household appliances, including hot water tank installation and repair. Our showroom houses a wide variety of quality reconditioned appliances for sale, with over 50 to choose from. Most have a one-year parts and labour warranty. We rent and lease appliances. Our top priority is customer satisfaction. We strive for ‘same-day service’ (within 24 hours), and 80% of the time we achieve this goal. Our factory trained technicians are fully qualified and consistently take upgrading courses on new manufactured appliances.
